If your beneficiaries experience a login issue, a payment failure, a problem adding their card to their phone, a PIN code issue, or if they want to change their phone number, they will need to contact us directly.
For security and privacy reasons, we can only discuss these matters with the holder of the relevant Swile account. We will not be able to respond to requests from an administrator.
Each beneficiary can contact our customer service team from their Swile account, or by calling 09 74 59 42 17. Our dedicated team will be able to provide the necessary assistance.
