My beneficiary has lost or had their Swile card stolen, how can they order a new one?

If your beneficiary loses their card, they must report it as lost on their Swile account. They can then order a new card directly from their account 🚀

If your beneficiary hasn't activated their account yet, they need to activate it first, then report their card as lost to order a new one. If needed, see: How do I resend invitation emails to my colleagues?

  💡 Good to know

  • You don't need to do anything as an administrator
  • There are no charges for ordering a new card for your beneficiary
  • If your beneficiary already has another active card on their account, they won't be able to order an extra one
  • If there are any issues, we encourage your beneficiary to contact us directly
