To add an administrator to the Subsidies section, this person must first be an administrator of the Gifts and Benefits area. 👥
Once this status has been granted, the administrator will have access to the entire Gifts and Benefits area: it's not possible to restrict their rights to Subsidies only.

It's not possible to make an administrator active for Subsidies only: they will automatically have access to all features in the Gifts and Benefits area.
