You can allocate different amounts to your recipients within the same Swile grant, based on a specific criterion (for example, status, location, or length of service).
💡 Prerequisite
To differentiate the amount of your Swile grant, your criteria must have been created beforehand in the Criteria tab on the Employees page. To find out more: How do I create and assign custom criteria to my employees for my grants?
How do I set different Swile grant amounts based on a criterion?
Once your criteria have been created, follow these steps to set different amounts for your Swile grant:
- Step 1: Create your Swile grant.
- Step 2: At step 3, Amount and budget, tick the option Set different amounts based on a criterion.
- Step 3: Select the criterion you want to use.
- Step 4: Enter the amount for each criterion.
