How do I resend invitation emails to my beneficiaries (Gifts and Benefits)?

By default, your Gifts and Benefits recipients receive an invitation email in which they need to activate their benefit.

You can view all your invited recipients and their statuses. To find out more, see: How do I check the invitation status of my recipients?

If your recipients haven’t received the invitation email or you want to remind them, you can resend it to them.

💌 Resend invitations individually

  • In the Recipients tab, search for the name of the recipient you want to resend the invitation to.
  • Click on at the end of the row.
  • The recipient will receive the invitation email again.

📩 Resend invitations in bulk to recipients who haven’t activated their account

  • In the "Collaborators" tab, click on "Resend invitations". All recipients whose accounts are still pending activation will receive the invitation email again.
