How do I resend invitation emails to my colleagues?

By default, your recipients will receive an email inviting them to activate their account.

In the Employees tab, you can see who has or hasn't activated their account. To find out more, see: How can I check the activation status of my recipients' accounts?

If your recipients haven't received their activation email, you can resend it to them 👇 

💌 Resend invitations individually 
  • Go to the Employees menu (on the left of your dashboard)
  • Find the profile and click on it
  • Click the Resend invitation button:

 

📩 Resend invitations in bulk to all recipients who haven't activated their account  
  • Go to the Employees menu (on the left of your dashboard)
  • Status: filter by Awaiting activation. A yellow banner will appear showing the number of employees still waiting to activate their account.
  • Click on Resend invitations. Each recipient who hasn't yet activated their account will receive an email 💌
