How to Spend Gift Vouchers in Supermarkets, on Amazon, Fnac or Decathlon?

You can’t spend your gift vouchers in shops or on websites that sell food products, as regulations prohibit the use of gift and culture vouchers for buying food. This means you won’t be able to use your gift or culture vouchers in small, medium or large supermarkets.

However, you can buy gift cards from our shop, which can then be used in these stores, except for food departments. To find out more, see our article: How do I buy a gift card from the Swile shop?

• Adult or Children’s Christmas gift vouchers: In store, on fnac.com or by buying a Fnac or Fnac/Darty gift card from the Swile Gift Shop, to use in Darty and Fnac stores or online at Fnac (excluding marketplace and Click & Collect – see all terms and conditions on the Swile shop).
 
• Culture gift vouchers: You can buy cultural products at Fnac by paying directly with your Swile card, or buy a Fnac Culture gift card from the Swile Gift Shop.

🚫 If you have Back to School gift vouchers, you won’t be able to use them at Fnac.

Gift and culture vouchers can’t be spent with your Swile card on the Amazon website because you can’t use your gift vouchers in shops or on websites that sell food products.
However, you can buy:

• with your Adult gift voucher: an Amazon gift card valid on amazon.fr, excluding food products
• with your Culture and Children’s Christmas gift vouchers: an Amazon culture gift card valid on thousands of cultural products sold on amazon.fr.

If you have Adult, Child, Birth and Adoption or Back to School gift vouchers: Pay directly in store or on the shop’s website, or buy a Decathlon gift card from your Swile account via the Gift Shop.

🚫  If you have a Culture allocation, it can’t be used for purchases at Decathlon.
