This article is intended for Swile Travel administrators. Since the latest update of the platform, the teams you previously used are now available as analytical fields. Here is how to find them, filter them, and edit collaborators in groups.
Where can I find my old Swile Travel teams?
Your old teams are now analytical fields.
In the Collaborators menu, click on Columns at the top right, then on Analytical fields, and finally on Team to display the corresponding column.
How to filter collaborators by former team on Swile Travel?
Go to the Collaborators menu, click on the Analytical fields filter, then select the field corresponding to your former team. The list will then display all collaborators who are part of it.
How to edit multiple collaborators as a group on Swile Travel?
Go to the Collaborators menu. Tick the collaborators you want to edit, then click on Edit as a group at the bottom right to apply a change to the entire selection.
