As a Swile Travel administrator, you’ve created a profile for one of your colleagues. When you try to book on their behalf, their name appears greyed out in the traveller selector when making a booking, with the note Incomplete profile. This article explains what this status means and how to resolve it.
🤔 What does the “Incomplete profile” status mean on Swile Travel?
The Incomplete profile status means your colleague hasn’t finished setting up their Swile Travel traveller profile. Until this profile is complete, you won’t be able to make any bookings on their behalf.
👀 Why is my colleague’s profile incomplete on Swile Travel?
There are two ways to create a traveller profile. Each explains why some information might be missing.
Inviting a colleague by email
From your admin area, you add a colleague using the Invite colleagues by email option. You only enter their email address: it’s then up to your colleague to fill in all their personal details. In this case, their name won’t appear in the list of travellers when you make a booking until they’ve completed their profile.
Creating an individual colleague
You enter the information you have (name, surname, email address, gender), but some details might be missing, such as a phone number. You send an invitation to your colleague, but if they don’t finish setting up their profile, their name will appear greyed out in the list of travellers when you make a booking.
✅ How do I unlock booking on Swile Travel?
If your colleague is shown with the Incomplete profile note, you can add the missing information from your admin area. Until the traveller profile is complete, it won’t be possible to book on behalf of this colleague.
