You want to change the default face value of your meal vouchers, or place an order selecting different face values for certain employees. Here's how to do it 👇️
👩💻 Change the default face value and the amount of the employer contribution
To change this information:
- Go to your administrator area
- Settings section > Value of meal vouchers sub-section
- Click on Modify.
- Modify the cursor
- Click on Validate
You can change the default face value and the employer's contribution by entering the desired amount for the meal vouchers and the desired percentage of the employer's contribution.
For information purposes, the employer's contribution shows you the amount you will have to pay, after deducting the employee's share. You will need to pay for the meal vouchers in full when you place your order.
👩💻 Enter different face values in the same order
You can leave a default face value in the settings, and specify a different face value for different employees within an order. To do this:
👉 If you are proceeding by CSV file:
- Click on New order
- Click on Import via file
- Tick Manage different face values for securities
- Complete your file and import it
- Finalise your order
👉 If you are ordering via the platform :
- Click on New order
- Click on the beneficiary's line and then on the ‘pencil’ icon on the far right
- Change the amount in the Face value field
- Repeat the operation for the beneficiaries concerned
- Finalise your order
