Submit your reimbursement even if the amount in your account is less than the price of your item. We will process the reimbursement in instalments, as your company makes top-ups. You won't need to resubmit your invoice (even if the end of the year approaches).
👀 Example: You bought a bike for €300 in January and your company credits you in instalments, according to the package chosen by your employer (e.g., €42 per month). For six months, your home-to-work travel account will be debited €42 per month, and your personal bank account will be re-credited with the same amount.
