đ Mobility benefits are based on a calendar year
From 31/12/24, your employees will no longer be able to use their 2024 mobility benefits with their Swile card or submit new claims. They will have to wait for your 2025 top-up to make new requests đ
Our service will take into account requests issued up to 31 December 2024 and process them until 31 January 2025. This will allow beneficiaries who have seen their payment fail at the end of December to be able to contact the dedicated user service to obtain a refund.
The refund will then be made by deducting from their expired mobility account and transferring the funds to their Swile personal account or bank account, depending on which option they choose.
đ As a result, on 1á”Êł February, any money not used by your beneficiaries before 31 December will be transferred to your company kitty.
đ§ Expiry details
You can find details of expiries on the transaction history by downloading your CSV file. To do this:
- Click on the Details button â next to the amount of your kitty.
- You can then sort the âBeneficiary expiriesâ lines on Excel.
