If you wish to update the RIB of your direct debit mandate, or the signatory of the mandate, you will need to modify the direct debit mandate on your account. To do this :
- Go to the Settings tab
- At the bottom of the page, click on Change debit mandate
- Fill in the new bank details for the signatory
- Confirm
- Save the SEPA mandate
and send it signed by email to entreprise@swile.co
