Modify or delete a Swile Travel user account

👉 Who can modify a user profile? 

  • The administrator can modify all users
  • The validator can modify the users of his/her team(s).

👩‍💻 How do I modify or delete a user profile?

First, access your teams. Depending on your status (administrator or validator), here's how to proceed 👇

You are an administrator You are a validator
  • Go to the Administration tab
  • Click on Teams
  • Click on the relevant team
  • Go to the My teams tab
  • Click on the team concerned

Then : 

  • Click on the pencil to the right of the traveler concerned

  • Modify the desired information and click on Save

✍️ What information can I modify?

On the main screen, you can modify :

  • Cost center
  • Last name, first name, date of birth
  • Email and phone number
  • Billing entities
  • Team to which he/she belongs

On the tabs to the left of your screen, you can modify :

  • Passport(s)
  • Loyalty programs
  • Driver's license

🧑 User deletion

From this page, you can also delete the user's account simply by clicking on Deactivate user at bottom left.
