Add or remove a Validator on Swile Travel

Like all platform users, validators can book trips, consult their reservations and modify their traveler profile information. They benefit from advanced rights, applicable to all users and all teams for which they are a validator.

 💡 To know

  • To be a validator, the person must first have been created as a user.
  • The validator role can be added to or removed from any user in your company.
  • You can have several validators for the same team.
  👀 What rights does a validator have?
  • To validate or not to validate booking requests according to his/her team's travel policy. For each request, the validator receives an email inviting him/her to validate the reservation.
  • View reservations made by other team members (Team Bookings)
  • Modify team user profiles (My Teams > Click on the team concerned > Then on the pencil to the right of the employee)
  • Delete a team user
  • Grant or withdraw the validator role to another user on your team
  👩‍💻  How do I add or remove a validator role from a user?

First, access your teams. Depending on your status (administrator or validator), here's how to proceed👇

You are administrator You are validator
  • Go to the Administration tab
  • Click on Teams
  • Click on the relevant team
  • Go to the Validators tab
  • Go to the My teams tab
  • Click on the team concerned
  • Go to the Validators tab

👉 Add a validator role

To give a validator role to a user :

  • Click on the + button
  • Type the user's name and select it

👉 Remove a validator role

To remove a validator role :

  • Click on the garbage can to the right of the validator concerned

⚙️ A minimum of one validator

A team must always have at least 1 validator. It will be impossible to remove a validator if there is only one. Remember to enter a new validator before deleting the old one.
