How to obtain a refund for a train ticket I cancelled?

Once you've cancelled your train journey, we will refund your company according to the ticket's fare conditions.

👩‍💻 How can I check the fare conditions? 

The fare conditions are visible at the time of booking, and once the booking is made, at the bottom of the confirmation page, under the Conditions of exchange and cancellation tab.

📆 How long will it take for my company to be refunded?

If the booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days following the cancellation (excluding strikes, for more information: What to do in case of a train strike?). 

💸 Will a credit note be sent? 

Yes, a credit note will be sent to your company once the refund is processed.
