This article explains how to cancel a car booking 🚘
🚨 Make sure you're certain!
All cancellations are final and cannot be reversed. We won't be able to restore your booking if you change your mind later!
- Go to your Swile Travel account > My bookings tab
- Go to your Active bookings
- Click on the relevant booking
- Click on Cancel
💡 If you're an admin and want to cancel a colleague's booking, go to the Administration tab > Organisation bookings > Active.
- My trips: if you're one of the travellers
- Team trips: if this trip is for your team
- Trips I've booked: if you made the booking you want to cancel
- 🚨Check the cancellation policy 🚨
- Click on Confirm cancellation: by confirming, you automatically accept the terms and conditions.
💸 Timeframe and refund
Once your cancellation is confirmed, if your company has already been charged, it will receive a refund (according to the booking conditions) within 10 working days.
