What happens if I am late to pick up or return my vehicle?

🚘 You've booked a car but might be late to pick it up

Generally, a delay of up to 30 minutes is allowed, as long as it’s within the official opening hours of the branch. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, the vehicle may be given to another customer and you won’t be able to get a refund for your booking.

🚘 You've hired a car but might be late returning it

If you’re late returning your hire car, you may have to pay a late fee as stated in your contract with the rental company. Swile Travel can’t be billed for this delay, so you’ll need to pay the rental company directly.
