How to Make a Claim Regarding a Car Rental?

Do you need to make a complaint following your car hire? 🚘 Please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Swile booking reference
  • Details of your complaint
  • The signed rental agreement, if you have it
  • Vehicle condition reports (at pick-up and return)
  • The rental company’s invoice
  • A copy of your bank statement showing the rental company’s charge, if applicable
  • Any other information you think is important for us to know

Once we’ve received these details, we’ll be able to open a case with our provider to review your complaint.
