Billing entities contain all the information we’ll use on the invoices we send you. Click below on the action you’d like to take to see how to do it 👇
To create a new billing entity, you’ll need to make a request to our team:
- In your admin area, click on Billing > Billing entities
- Click on New entity. A form will open, and you’ll need to provide the following details:
- Name of the new billing entity
- Street
- City
- VAT number
- Siret
- Give all existing users in the organisation access to the new billing entity: Yes / No (please note that if you choose "Yes", all users in your company will be able to select this billing entity when making a new booking).
To edit a billing entity:
Go to the Billing information page in the Administration tab
Click the Edit icon to the right of an entity 👇
Edit the name, address, billing frequency, billing method (standard, by analytical code, or by user), the grouping analytical field, and the email addresses for invoice recipients.
Click Save changes
If you want to delete a billing entity, please contact us. Our team will handle the deletion. If this is your only billing entity, you’ll need to create a new one before we can remove the old one.
