1. During your booking
On the confirmation page of a flight booking, you can add at least one piece of hold luggage for each passenger, in this dedicated space👇
- If our system is able to display the price of baggage on this flight, you can choose the option that suits you best.
- If our system is unable to display the price of baggage on this flight, you may request this in the Note to Agent box :
A member of our team will then add the baggage to your booking.
✅ If you have ticked Be called back: if there is an additional cost for the checked luggage(s), we will confirm the amount with you before booking.
2. After booking your flight
Send us a message by chat or via this form, specifying the subject of your request and the reference of your booking (6 alphanumeric characters).
We will then get back to you with the extra cost of the additional luggage, before confirming payment.
