A meeting brought forward or cancelled and your whole organisation is turned upside down. Go here to change the flight schedule, airport or cancel it.
1. Change a flight
Go to your reservation from your Swile profile and click on exchange:
You will be automatically redirected to our chat room, so make sure you have the reservation reference (6 alphanumeric characters) that you wish to modify, we will need it!
IMPORTANT : Your modification is not urgent and you do not have time to exchange immediately by chat, send us a message by chat or via this form specifying :
- your booking reference
- the date and time of the new flight you wish to take
- the new origin/destination, if you wish to change it
- whether this request concerns all or some of the passengers
We will then get back to you shortly to confirm the change ⚡️.
💸 If your request involves an extra cost from the airline (we do not apply any charges on our side), we will confirm this extra cost with you before changing the flight.
2. Cancelling a flight
Go to your reservation from your Swile profile and click on cancel :
You have two options:
- Cancel the entire booking
The request sent to our customer service department will apply to the entire reservation.
- Partial cancellation of the reservation
Here you make a partial cancellation request for one traveller only and/or one journey only.
If there is no airline cancellation fee and the airline refunds 100% of the trip, we will cancel it right away ⚡️
If the airline's proposed refund is only partial, we will confirm the action with you before cancelling your flight.
It is also possible that your flight is neither exchangeable nor refundable. In these cases, we will not be able to help you.

- your booking reference
- the flight to be cancelled
- whether this request concerns all or some of the passengers
