Invitations are automatic emails that allow users to activate their accounts.
If your colleague hasn't received the email, you can resend invitations and see who has activated their Swile account from your admin area, in the Colleagues tab.
There are several activation statuses. To find out more, see our help page on this topic.
To help them activate their account, you have two options:
On the left of your dashboard:
Go to the Colleagues menu
Search for the profile and click on it
Click the Resend invitation button:
You can also resend an invitation from the Recipients tab → search for the profile → Click the envelope icon at the end of the row on the right.
On the left of your dashboard:
Go to the Colleagues menu
Status: filter by Awaiting activation
A yellow banner will appear showing the number of colleagues still awaiting activation.
You can then click Resend invitations. Each recipient who hasn't yet activated their account will receive an email.
If the email still hasn't been sent, contact our help centre. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible!
