Check the activation status of my beneficiaries' accounts

After creating your beneficiaries, you can check whether their accounts have been activated and the status of their invitations.

👉 To view this, go to the "Beneficiaries" tab on your platform.
Banners will appear at the end of each row, showing you the following information:

  • Awaiting activation: The invitation has been sent, is scheduled for a specific date, or has already been created.
    On the beneficiary's account, you can hover your mouse to see the date it was sent or the date it will be sent.

  • Invitation not scheduled: The account has been created, but the invitation hasn't been generated.

💡 If no status is shown, good news! Your colleague's account is active.

You can also access this information from the colleagues button (on the left of your dashboard). Here, you can:

  • Filter your colleagues' accounts by status to see which are still awaiting activation

  • Export a file of all beneficiaries who haven't activated their accounts by clicking the CSV button at the top right.
