This article explains how to create your employees' profiles and assign them their mobility benefits.
📌 Important
To place your order and distribute the benefits to your employees, the total amount to be allocated must be available in your company wallet. For more information, see: How to top up your company wallet?
Once the funds are available in your wallet, you can credit your employees 👇
- Go to your Swile admin area, and select the Mobility tab
- Click on the New order button
. You’ll be taken to the screen where you can prepare your CSV file to create your employees’ profiles and enter the amount to be credited to each one.
- Customise your order as needed in the Optional fields section: Before downloading the file to place your order, tailor it to your needs. Slide the button to the right to activate the options. For example: you can add employee numbers or select a specific billing code for your order (if you have several billing centres).

This information will be automatically added to the template to download, and you’ll see instructions on how to fill it in when preparing your order.
- Click on Download my file.

- Fill in your file following the instructions provided and save it
- Go back to your Swile area and import your CSV file
- Choose the date when your employees will receive an activation email (for new recipients only)
- Select the date when the mobility benefits will be credited. Your employees will be notified on this date that their account has been topped up! đź’°
- Check that all the information about your order is correct and confirm it 🙌
