How to customise the visual appearance of the activation email sent to my Gift Voucher recipients

This article is for Swile administrators who are placing an order for Swile Gift Vouchers and want to customise the visual content of the activation email sent to their recipients 🎁

📍 Where to access customisation

From your Swile admin area, go to Gifts and Benefits > New Order > Gift Vouchers, then at the Activation Email Customisation step. A live preview will appear on the right side of the screen as you customise.

When placing your order for Swile Gift Vouchers, you can choose the message that will accompany the activation email sent to your recipients. You have two options:

select one of the pre-written messages provided by Swile;
write your own personalised message.
