This article explains how to change your password:
- Either by resetting it when you log in
- Or from your account if you’re already logged in

💡 For your new password to be accepted, it must: Be different from your previous passwords, Have at least 8 characters (including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character), and be unique to Swile
🔐 You no longer have access to your Swile account
🖥️ From a computer
- Go to swile.co
- Click on Log in
- Click on Forgot password?
- Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
- An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
- Click on Reset my password
- Enter your new Swile password
📱From the app
- Open your app
- Tap Log in
- Tap Forgot password
- Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
- An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
- Tap Reset my password
- Enter your new Swile password
🔓 You have access to your Swile account
📱From the app
- Tap Menu (the four small squares).
- Tap Profile and security
- Tap Change my password
- Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
- An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
- Tap Reset my password
- Enter your new Swile password
🖥️ From a computer
- Log in to your Swile account
- Click on your initials or your first name at the top right
- Click on Profile
- Click on Change my password
- Enter your new password twice.
💡 Gmail address note: On Google platforms (Gmail), email addresses are often treated as case-insensitive and ignore dots (.). However, for your Swile account, you must enter the exact email address registered to your account.
