This article explains how to change your password:

  • Either by resetting it when you log in
  • Or from your account if you’re already logged in

💡 For your new password to be accepted, it must: Be different from your previous passwords, Have at least 8 characters (including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character), and be unique to Swile

🔐 You no longer have access to your Swile account

🖥️ From a computer
  • Go to swile.co
  • Click on Log in
  • Click on Forgot password?
  • Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
  • An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
  • Click on Reset my password
  • Enter your new Swile password
📱From the app
  • Open your app
  • Tap Log in
  • Tap Forgot password
  • Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
  • An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
  • Tap Reset my password
  • Enter your new Swile password

🔓 You have access to your Swile account

📱From the app
  • Tap Menu (the four small squares).
  • Tap Profile and security
  • Tap Change my password
  • Enter the email address linked to your Swile account
  • An email titled Reset your password will arrive in your inbox
  • Tap Reset my password
  • Enter your new Swile password
🖥️ From a computer
  • Log in to your Swile account
  • Click on your initials or your first name at the top right
  • Click on Profile
  • Click on Change my password
  • Enter your new password twice.

💡 Gmail address note: On Google platforms (Gmail), email addresses are often treated as case-insensitive and ignore dots (.). However, for your Swile account, you must enter the exact email address registered to your account.
