In your admin area, you can either remove beneficiaries one by one, or do it in bulk. This article explains how to remove several employees at once.

- You can schedule the removal date.
👩💻 Steps to follow
- Go to your admin area and click on the Employees tab
- Click on Actions > Remove employees from programme
- On the page that appears, choose the date you want to remove the employees and select the relevant programmes. 💡 If you don't select a date, the removal will be immediate once you confirm.
- On the next page, click on Export file. A pre-filled file with your list of beneficiaries will be downloaded to your computer. In this file, delete the employees who shouldn't be removed and keep only those you want to remove.
- Upload your edited file in the "Upload your CSV file" area.
- A summary will be displayed.
- Click on Confirm. A confirmation will appear: Operation completed.
🧐 Your CSV file contains some errors
If there are errors in your file, you can download an Error report to find out more. Several types of errors are possible:
- We couldn't find the email address provided
- You're trying to remove yourself from a programme but you're the last administrator
- For the Business travel programme, one or more employees are approvers
You have two options in this case:
- You can ignore the errors and continue. Only the beneficiaries not affected by the errors will be removed.
- Or you can start again and upload a corrected file.
📆 How can I see scheduled departures?
- Go to the Employees tab
- Hover over the relevant employee with your mouse, or click on the relevant employee.
🧐 How can I find removed beneficiaries?
As an administrator, you can view beneficiaries who have been removed within the last 90 days via the Employees page. To do this:
- Go to the Employees page.
- In the Status filter, select the Recently removed option.
- 📜 The list will show the removed beneficiaries, along with details of the relevant programmes.
- 👤 By clicking on a profile, you can access the programme record. For meal vouchers, you can view the order history and reinstate the beneficiary. ⚠️ Only the meal voucher programme allows reinstatement from the interface.
- ⏳ After 90 days, the record is no longer accessible.
