When an employee's card expires, you don't need to take any action as an administrator. Your beneficiary can order a new card from their account and choose whether to use it virtually only or to order a physical card.
They'll enter their preferred delivery address and can personalise the card's colour and PIN code 💌.
📆 When and how are your beneficiaries notified about their card's expiry?
Your beneficiaries will receive an email (as well as a notification on their app) on the first day of the month their card expires, and a reminder if needed 15 days later.
Encourage your beneficiaries to order their new card as soon as they receive our communications. It’ll make the whole process much smoother! 😍

🧐 What if your beneficiaries don't order their card despite reminders?
Only the beneficiary can order a new card, as mentioned above.
📌 However, if you have exceptionally chosen a setting where you are responsible for ordering cards for your beneficiaries when they are created: if a beneficiary hasn't renewed their card and it has expired, then at your next top-up, a card will automatically be added for them in your order process. By default, it will be sent to their registered location.
