When an employee’s card expires, there’s nothing you need to do as an administrator. The cardholder can order a new card from their account and choose whether to use it virtually only or to order a physical card.
They’ll be able to enter their preferred delivery address and personalise the card’s colour and PIN code 💌.
📆 When and how are your cardholders notified that their card is expiring?
Your cardholders will receive an email (and a notification in their app) on the first day of the month their card expires, with a reminder sent 15 days later if needed.
Encourage your cardholders to order their new card as soon as they receive our messages. It’ll make the whole process much smoother! 😍

Only the cardholder can order a new card, as mentioned above. They can contact us if they need any help.
