When an employee's card expires, you don't have to take any action as administrator. Your beneficiary will be able to order a new card from their account, and choose whether they want to use it virtually only or order a physical card.
They can enter the delivery address of their choice and customize the color and PIN code of their card 💌.
📆 When and how are your beneficiaries notified when their card expires?
Your beneficiaries receive an email (as well as a notification on their app) on the first day of the month their card expires, and a reminder if necessary 15 days later.
Invite your beneficiaries to order their card as soon as possible after receiving our communications. The experience will be all the better for it! 😍

🧐 What should you do if your beneficiaries don't order their card despite reminders?
Only the beneficiary will be entitled to recommend a new card as indicated above.
📌 However, if you have exceptionally chosen a setting where you are in charge of ordering your beneficiaries' cards when they are created: if a beneficiary has not renewed their card and it has expired, then when you next top up, a card will be added for them automatically in your order path. By default, the card will be sent to the beneficiary's point of contact.
