Uber Eats/Deliveroo: My Customers Are Unable to Pay on Uber Eats and/or Deliveroo

What should I do if my customers can't pay with a Swile card on Uber Eats or Deliveroo?

If your customers are unable to pay with a Swile card on Uber Eats or Deliveroo, check that the Siret number (14 digits) linked to your Swile contract matches the one registered on the online platforms.

✅ The Siret numbers match, but payment still fails

Please send us the following information so we can help you:

  • the name of your establishment;
  • the Siret number;
  • the address of the establishment;
  • for requests about Deliveroo, the establishment ID (shown on your tablet).

❌ The Siret numbers are different

Contact the customer service team of the relevant delivery platform to update the Siret number and allow the information to be synced.

What should I do if my customers can't pay with a Bimpli Resto card on Uber Eats or Deliveroo?

Check that your VAD (remote sales) ID is active with Conecs and, if needed, contact Bimpli customer service.

💡 Good to know

If your customer registers their card as a bank card (Visa or Mastercard), the payment won't go through and the order won't be accepted. Your customer must select the meal voucher payment option.
