Deliveroo: How am I reimbursed for my Deliveroo orders?

Have you received a Deliveroo invoice and noticed that some orders were paid with a Swile card? Swile handles the payment for these orders. This article explains how these orders appear on your Deliveroo, Swile, and Bimpli invoices.

👩‍💻 On my Deliveroo invoice?

👉 Orders and adjustments

Deliveroo shows the number of orders received and paid for with a Swile card, as well as the total amount. Each order is then detailed in the Orders and adjustments section:

  • Delivery: in this example, a Swile order for €13.10 with a 28% commission applied by Deliveroo, which is €3.67 excluding VAT (€4.40 including VAT). This commission is deducted from the total amount paid by Deliveroo.
  • Meal voucher order amount: this is the amount of the order paid with a Swile card. Swile pays you this amount, which is then deducted from the amount Deliveroo owes you.

👉 Agency breakdown summary

In the agency breakdown, Deliveroo provides an overview of all orders received:

👉 Debit Table

In the Debit: additional fees table, you'll find information related to Swile orders:

  • Swile order amount (Deliveroo commission deducted): the total amount of all orders received and paid for with a Swile card, after deducting the Deliveroo commission.
  • Deliveroo commission on Swile orders: the total amount of Deliveroo commission applied to all orders received and paid for with a Swile card.

Depending on the frequency you choose (daily, weekly, or monthly), Deliveroo pays you the total amount of orders paid by regular bank card, minus the commission on all orders (including Swile orders) and minus the amount of Swile orders (after deducting the Deliveroo commission).

👩‍💻 On my Swile invoice?

In the Online payment summary section, Swile lists all orders received during the invoice period, as well as the total amount. In this example, 37 Deliveroo orders were paid with a Swile card, totalling €683.03.

This is the amount on which Swile applies its management fees:

Your Swile invoice also includes a breakdown of orders received via Deliveroo.

👩‍💻 On my Bimpli invoice?

The details of your Deliveroo reimbursements are sent every Tuesday by email and are available in your affiliate area. Your reimbursements are not separated from your other payments made with the Bimpli Resto card.

👩‍💻 Viewing and exporting Deliveroo transactions

To view and export Deliveroo transactions paid with a Swile card, simply go to the Transactions section of your Swile affiliate area.

New: If you have been an affiliate since 22 September 2026, all your Swile and Bimpli transactions are available in your Swile affiliate area.

  • Select Deliveroo Origin to view only transactions from this delivery platform.
  • To display only Swile cards or Bimpli cards, filter by Issuer.

Transactions section of the Swile affiliate area with the Issuer filter to distinguish between Swile and Bimpli cards.
  • Download the list of transactions by clicking the Export as CSV button at the top right of the screen.

💡 Key points to remember

  • Deliveroo pays you the amount for orders received and paid by regular bank card, minus the Deliveroo commission and minus the amount of Swile orders.
  • Swile pays you the amount for online orders within 2 to 3 working days after your invoice is issued in your affiliate area.

👀 Why do the amounts on my Swile invoice differ from what I receive?

This is normal: Swile deducts its commission before making the bank transfer. The invoice therefore shows the total order amount, minus the fees.

If your commission fees are higher than the amount of online orders, Swile deducts its commission and then collects the remaining balance.
