As an affiliate, you can identify your Deliveroo orders paid with meal vouchers (Swile card or Bimpli Resto card) in several places: on your Deliveroo portal, in your accounting exports, and in your Swile affiliate area. Here’s where to find them.
📋 Where can I find the list of my Deliveroo orders paid with meal vouchers?
From your Deliveroo restaurant portal, you can find your order list in the Summary tab.
The details of your orders paid with meal vouchers are included in the Deliveroo summary sent each week by your provider. Here’s an example:
From the Invoices tab on your Deliveroo portal, you can download a PDF or CSV file containing all the data you need for your accounts (Order, Date, Amount, VAT, Adjustment, etc.). This file shows which transactions were paid with meal vouchers, as well as the name of the issuer.
👀 How can I view and export my Deliveroo transactions from my Swile affiliate area?
In your Swile affiliate area, under the Transactions section, you can:
- Select the payment terminal linked to Deliveroo using the Source filter to display only transactions from this delivery platform.
- If you’ve been affiliated since 22 September 2026, view all your Swile and Bimpli transactions. To show only Swile cards or only Bimpli cards, filter by Issuer.
- Download the list of transactions by clicking the Export as CSV button at the top right of the screen.
