Have you received your Uber Eats invoice with some orders paid by Swile card? Swile handles the reimbursement for these orders. This article explains how these orders appear on your Uber Eats, Swile, and Bimpli invoices.
- Uber Eats shows the number of orders received and paid by Swile card, as well as the total amount.
- Uber Eats applies a commission to the total amount of these orders.
- Swile then reimburses the total amount of orders paid with meal vouchers, minus the commission.
In the Online payment summary section, Swile lists all orders received during the invoice period, along with the total amount. Swile’s management fees are applied to this amount:
Every 15 days or every month, depending on your chosen billing frequency, Swile transfers the total amount of your Uber Eats orders to you, minus its management fees.
Your Uber Eats reimbursements are not separated from your other Bimpli Resto card payments. You receive the reimbursement for your orders every Tuesday, along with your card payments.
💡 Key points to remember
- Uber Eats pays you the amount for orders received and paid by standard bank card, minus the Uber Eats commission and minus the amount for orders paid by Swile card.
- Swile transfers the amount for online orders within 2 to 3 working days after your invoice is issued in your affiliate area.
👀 Are the amounts on your Swile invoice different from what you receive?
This is normal: Swile deducts its commission before making the bank transfer. The invoice therefore shows the total order amount, minus the fees.
If your commission fees are higher than the amount of online orders, Swile deducts its commission and then collects the remaining balance.
