What do the items on my Bimpli service invoice mean?

You accept Bimpli cards at your establishment and regularly receive a service invoice. To help you understand each part, we've provided an illustrated guide.

This guide explains every section of your Bimpli card service invoice: the invoice number, your affiliate number, transactions with 1st and 2nd generation cards, as well as the associated fees.

Your Bimpli service invoice includes the following details:

  1. Your Bimpli invoice number.
  2. Your Bimpli affiliate number.
  3. The total amount of transactions with 1st generation cards (VISA network): these transactions have already been reimbursed by your bank.
  4. The total amount including VAT of fees applied to 1st generation card transactions.
  5. The amount received for payments made with 2nd generation cards (CONECS network).
  6. The total amount including VAT of Swile fees applied to Swile card transactions during the period (Swile invoice attached).
  7. The total amount including VAT of fees applied to all your card transactions (1st generation + 2nd generation + Swile).
  8. The reference for the associated Swile invoice (attached).
  9. Breakdown of your 1st and 2nd generation fees.
