I reported my card as lost (or stolen), but I’ve just found it. What should I do?

It all depends on what action you took:

  • đź”’ If you simply locked your card:
    Good news! You can unlock it directly from your Swile account and start using it again straight away.

    • Click on the Cards button (or Menu > Cards)
    • Click on the relevant card, then select Unlock
    • Click Confirm
  • đźš« If you reported your card as lost or stolen:
    For security reasons, this card is permanently deactivated. You’ll need to order a new one from your personal area by clicking the + button in the Cards menu.
