My Swile card has been stolen, lost, or damaged – what should I do?

If you've lost your card, take a moment to think by temporarily blocking it. The card can't be used while it's blocked, but you can reactivate it later if you find it.

You can then deactivate it permanently if you're sure you won't find it or if it has been stolen. Here's how to do it 👇 (if your card is damaged, you'll also need to deactivate it by following the steps below).

 📱On your app 
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account
  • Select the card in question, then tap "Lock card"
  • If you've definitely lost your card, tap "Report as lost or stolen"
👨‍💻 On your computer   
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account

  • Select the card in question, then click "Lock"

  • Click "Confirm"

  • If you've definitely lost your card, click "Card lost or stolen"

👀 How do you order a new card?  

As soon as you've reported your card as lost or stolen, you'll receive an email so you can order a new one! Alternatively, you can also click the + button in the "Cards" menu:

Of course! Your benefits are linked to your account, not your card. 😊

🥺 Has your card been stolen and you’ve noticed transactions?

If your card has been stolen and you see transactions made using your benefits, unfortunately we won't be able to refund the amount spent.
