📱 How do I add my card to Apple Pay, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet?
- Open your Swile app
- Go to the Cards menu (or Menu > Cards).
- Select the card you want to add to your phone.
- Tap Add to Wallet app (for Apple) / Add to Google Wallet / Add to Samsung Wallet. The button will change depending on your phone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

đź’¸ How do I pay in a shop with my phone?
Once you’ve added your Swile card to your phone, here’s how to pay in a shop.
- Double-press the right side button
- When your Swile card appears, hold your phone up to your face to authenticate with Face ID
- Hold your phone near the payment terminal. That’s it! 🙌

Each transaction generates a unique code and uses a number specific to your device. Neither your device nor Apple’s servers store your card number. It’s not shared with the merchant when you pay.

The virtual card reduces environmental impact by 38% compared to the physical card (including a 17% reduction in COâ‚‚ emissions), thanks to no manufacturing or transport.
To assess the environmental impact of our three payment solutions (paper vouchers, physical card and virtual card), we carried out a comparative Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Conducted by BearingPoint, this study was independently reviewed by Bureau Veritas in 2024.
