As a beneficiary, you can order your payment card directly from your personal account, provided your administrator has given you permission to do so. This article explains how to proceed.

- Case 1 — Your administrator has ordered the card for you. You can check if an order is in progress in the Cards menu of your account.
- Case 2 — You have permission to order your own card from your personal account. The rest of this article explains this case in detail.
How do I order my card if I don't have one yet?
If your administrator has given you permission, you can order your card yourself from your personal account. The process depends on your device.
- On a web browser (computer): Once logged in to your personal account, click on Cards, then on the + button at the top left. Then just follow the instructions.

On the mobile app: Tap the icon showing two cards
at the bottom of the screen. If you have 4 tabs, tap Menu first, then Cards. Next, tap the + at the top right of your screen.
You can then choose to use a virtual card only (usable with your phone) or also order a physical card.
How do I order a physical card if I already have a virtual card?
If you already have a virtual card on your personal account, you can order a physical card in just a few steps.
- Step 1: From your personal account, go to the Cards tab: you'll find your virtual card there.
- Step 2: Click on Order my physical card.
- Step 3: Set your PIN.
- Step 4: Enter your postal address.
- Step 5: Confirm the order.
Your physical card will arrive within 5 to 7 working days at the address provided.
How do I use my virtual card?
To use your card virtually, add it to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet to pay with your phone. You can also pay online by choosing to pay by card and entering your virtual card details.
How do I use my physical card once I've received it?
- To pay in shops: Make your first payment by inserting your card and entering your PIN. If you forget it, you can find your PIN in your app.
- To pay with your phone: Add your card to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet if you haven't already.
- To pay online: Choose to pay by card, then enter your card number, expiry date and CVC (3-digit code). For a virtual card, these details are visible in your app under the Cards tab. For a physical card, they're printed on the back of the card. Make sure you've enabled online payments in the Cards menu beforehand.
