Reimbursement of Paper Meal Vouchers (Submission Forms)

Your contract is "all-in-one": it automatically covers the acceptance of Swile cards and Bimpli products (cards and paper vouchers) since their merger in January 2024.

⚠️ Managing paper vouchers: go to Bimpli

The management of paper meal vouchers (Swile and Bimpli branded) is done exclusively from your Bimpli customer area. Your Swile account does not allow you to manage paper vouchers.

How do you get your forms to send your paper meal vouchers?

To request reimbursement for your paper meal vouchers (make a deposit), download your forms from your Bimpli customer area:

  1. Log in to your Bimpli customer area: https://www.bimpli.com/se-connecter/
  2. From the homepage, click on “Order my forms”
  3. You will automatically be redirected to a portal shared by several meal voucher issuers
  4. From this portal, download your dispatch forms
