How can I find transactions made with Swile?
If you accept Swile payments on a card terminal, register your terminal IDs in your Swile affiliate area. This step is essential for transactions to appear in your affiliate account.
Go to the "Transactions" menu to see the list of payments made with Swile. You can filter by date or by specific locations if you manage more than one.
Click on "Export as CSV" to download the list of transactions. This lets you save the data in a file you can open and sort/filter in a spreadsheet (like Excel).
Why can't I see all my customers' Swile transactions in my affiliate area?
For your customers' transactions to appear in your Swile affiliate area, it's essential that all your payment terminals are registered.

How can I find transactions on my bank account?
In-store payments
Check that your terminal IDs are correctly registered in your Swile account.
Our cards work on the Mastercard/Visa network. The amount of Swile card transactions will appear in your bank account within 48 hours, just like any other standard card payment (such as Mastercard or Visa). You can provide our BINs to your bank so they can send you a bank statement.
Online payments and delivery platforms
Swile payments made on your website or through delivery platforms are reimbursed by bank transfer under the name Swile within 3 working days after your Swile invoice is issued.
