If your beneficiaries encounter a login issue, a payment failure, a problem with adding a card to their phone, a PIN code issue, or wish to change their phone number, they will need to contact us directly.
For security and privacy reasons, we can only discuss these matters with the holder of the relevant Swile account. We will not be able to respond to a request from an administrator.
