Have you placed an order for gift cards or culture vouchers and not credited your recipients with enough? In this case, you’ll need to place a new order for gift cards or culture vouchers.
❌ It’s not possible to amend an existing order to add more gift cards or culture vouchers.
👉 Here’s what to do:
Go to your Gifts and Benefits admin area
Click on ‘New order’,
Then follow the usual ordering steps. In the csv file, enter the additional amount to be credited (for example, if a recipient was short by £50, just enter the amount 50 in the file).
This will top up the employee’s balance with the required amount.
