How do I pay for my order of gift vouchers or culture vouchers?
You can pay for your order of gift vouchers or culture vouchers by bank transfer from today. Payment by bank card and direct debit will be available soon.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
Once you have placed your order for gift vouchers or culture vouchers, you will receive bank details (RIB) and the amount to transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as Swile receives your transfer. Instant transfers are accepted.
Rules to follow:
- You can pay for several orders with a single transfer: include the references for all your orders in the payment description, and make sure the amount matches the total of your orders exactly.
- Always include your order number in the payment description to ensure your order is processed quickly.

For your order of gift vouchers or culture vouchers, the transfer must cover the full amount (order + any applicable fees).
Can I pay for my order by bank card?
Payment by bank card is coming soon for orders of gift vouchers or culture vouchers.

What happens if I make a transfer to the old bank details?
If you make a transfer to an old Treezor bank account (your former pot account, now closed), your funds will be automatically returned to you within 24 to 48 hours.

To pay for your order of gift vouchers or culture vouchers, always use the new bank details provided when you place your order, not an old Treezor account.
Can I use a credit note to pay for my order?
Yes. If you have a credit note, you can deduct it from the amount of your next order. The credit note must be used in full; any remaining balance should be paid by bank transfer. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
