This article is for Swile administrators. As an administrator, you can view the details of your company’s Personal Services account balance at any time, so you can keep track of available funds and ongoing reimbursements.
💡 Good to know
Legally, the Personal Services funds belong to you until they are spent by your employees, even if you have already placed an order for them.
How do I view the details of my Personal Services balance?
In your Personal Services area, click the Details button, located next to New order. A panel will then appear showing the different lines of your balance.
What does each line of my Personal Services balance mean?
Your company’s Personal Services account shows three balance lines. Here’s what each one means.
The actual balance of your company account for Personal Services is the amount currently available for reimbursing your employees, up to the limit of their individual allowances.
The remaining balance to be spent by your employees is the total amount of Personal Services allowances available in your employees’ balances. This amount may be higher than your actual balance. If your actual balance reaches zero, you’ll need to top up the company fund: until you do, direct payment requests and invoice reimbursements will be temporarily suspended for your beneficiaries.
The amounts listed as Reimbursements being processed have not yet been debited from your company’s Personal Services account. This is a transitional stage between the company fund and the provider, or your employees’ bank accounts in the case of invoice reimbursements.
