If a beneficiary of the Personal Services programme leaves your company, we recommend removing them from the platform. Here’s how to do it:
- Search for the beneficiary in "Employees"
- Click on the beneficiary’s name
- Go to the top and select the "Personal Services" tab (next to "General")
- Click on Remove from programme
💡 Please note
When you remove one of your beneficiaries from the Personal Services programme, they immediately lose their entire Personal Services balance, which will be transferred back to your company fund.
Also, if they had submitted a reimbursement request with an invoice, it will be automatically closed.
