📆 Personal Services benefits are based on the calendar year
Your employees can use their 2026 Personal Services benefits up to and including 31/12/26. After this date, they will no longer be able to use their Personal Services benefits. They’ll need to wait for your 2027 top-up to make new requests 😊
Our service will process requests made up to 31 December 2026 and will handle them until 31 January 2027. This allows beneficiaries to submit invoices issued in January 2027 for services carried out in 2026.
👉 As a result, from 3 to 5 February, any unused funds by your beneficiaries before 31 December will be transferred back to your company pot.
🧐 Details of expiries
You can find details of expiries in the transaction history by downloading your CSV file. To do this:
Click on the Details button → next to your company pot amount
You can then filter in Excel for the rows marked "Expired beneficiaries".
