How can I view the statistics for my Personal Services as an administrator?

This article is for administrators of the Swile Personal Services programme. The Analytics tab lets you track, in one place, how your employees are adopting and using their Personal Services allowances.

How do I access the Personal Services Analytics tab?

In your Swile admin area, go to the Personal Services menu, then click on the Analytics tab.

Which key indicators can I track?

The Swile Personal Services Analytics tab displays four key indicators:

• The number of beneficiaries who have received Personal Services (SAP) credits
• The number of active beneficiaries, meaning those who have paid a service provider or submitted a reimbursement request with an invoice
• The total amount, in euros, of allowances granted
• The total amount, in euros, of allowances used by your beneficiaries

Which charts can I view?

The Swile Personal Services Analytics tab provides several charts:

• Usage trends over the months
• The most popular types of activities among your beneficiaries (for example: tutoring, small gardening jobs, etc.)
• How allowances are used: mainly through reimbursement or direct payment
• The percentage and amount, in euros, of declined payments compared to accepted payments for invoice reimbursements
• Reasons for declined payments (for example: unapproved service provider, missing information on the invoice, duplicate, ineligible product, invalid date, missing proof, insufficient balance, etc.)
