This article is for administrators of the Swile Personal Services (SAP / CESU) programme. With this programme, you can receive three types of accounting documents: top-up receipts, management fee invoices, and credit notes. Here’s what they are and how to get them.
How do I access and understand my Personal Services accounting documents?
Top-up receipts
These correspond to the amount you’ve paid into your company’s Personal Services fund. They’re available in your Swile admin area, under the Accounting documents tab. To download a top-up receipt, open the Personal Services menu and go to Accounting documents. Open the Top-up receipts tab, then download the receipt you need.
Management fee invoices
Swile charges management fees for Personal Services from the first top-up for a user, and then every month after that, even if the user isn’t topped up again. The fee is charged per user and is stated in your contract. Invoices are sent by email. You can also download them by opening the Personal Services menu and going to Accounting documents, then the Invoices sub-tab.
Credit notes
If a Personal Services credit note is issued, it will be sent to you by email.
💡 Good to know
The funds in your Personal Services fund remain the property of your company until they’re used by the beneficiaries. That’s why Swile provides you with a receipt for each transfer to your fund, rather than an invoice for an order.
