This article explains when and how to cancel a Home Services order 👇
- Go to your Home Services admin area
- Click on the Orders tab
- Click on the row for the relevant order
- Click the Cancel button, then confirm the cancellation
If you go back to the Orders menu, you’ll see that its status has changed!
📌 What if the order can no longer be cancelled?
If the order status is Processing or Order processed, it means our platform has already taken it into account and it can no longer be stopped.
👉 If you’ve credited too much to an employee and want to remove part of the amount from their account, contact us.
👉If you’ve credited less than you intended, you can place an additional order by clicking on New Order.
