How do I deactivate the card payment relay?

As a Swile user, you can disable the Card Relay feature on your Swile card at any time.

⚠️ Before disabling Card Relay

If you disable Card Relay on your Swile card, you will no longer be able to make purchases that exceed your daily limit.

To disable Card Relay from your Swile account:

  1. Step 1: Go to the Cards menu (on the Swile app: open Menu then Cards).
  2. Step 2: Click on the relevant Swile card.
  3. Step 3: Click on Card Relay then on Disable Card Relay.
