How do I deactivate the card payment relay?

If you wish to deactivate your Relais by Card, you will no longer be able to make purchases that exceed your daily limit.

As for your bank hold, it will be released in around 7 days.

In your Swile account, go to the Cards menu
Click on the relevant card
Click on Relais by Card then on Deactivate Relais by Card
A confirmation message will let you know that the deactivation has been processed
